Getting Started with MortgageReturns
This is a quick start getting you setting up and marketing now!

Account Activation
Step 1: Complete the New Account Activation form.
Step 2: Email the completed form and a head shot to help@elliemae.com and ratilano@lsmortgage.com.
Once complete, you will 2 emails, one (from notification@mortgagereturns.com) confirming your request and the other, a welcome email.
Please note: The welcome email my end up in your spam filter.
Setup
Once your profile has been created, you will be able to login and access your account.
Your Login will be your lsmortgage.com issued email.

Step 3: You will be asked to create a password. If you do not receive this link, you can always use the REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD on the login page to create a password.
Adding your contacts.
Step 4: Collect all your databases and merge them into one excel database. Then email to databasesupport@elliemae.com. Copy ratilano@lsmortgage.com, if you would like Robert Atilano to follow up with any delays or issues that come up.
For recommended formatting, please click here. If you have mortgage loan, birthday, or other data you want to include, but are not listed in the recommended formatting spreadsheet, go ahead and leave it. The database support team will add it.
