Installation and Login Instructions for Encompass360 SmartClient
Installation and Login Instructions
This document describes the process for installing the Encompass360 SmartClient and then logging into Encompass360. The Encompass360 Server application runs on a server and is accessed by users who are running the Encompass360 SmartClient application on their computers.
Do Not Use Chrome. For some reason Internet Explores works better. Encompass currently does not run in a Mac environment.
Step 1: Download the SmartClient Installation and Login Instructions from http://help.elliemae.com/DocumentationLibrary/360/Encompass360Setup.pdf
Step 2: Download the Smartclient.exe file. http://www.elliemae.com/getencompass360
In case of pop-up blockers, hold the ctlr button down as you click the link.
You will need the following information:
SmartClient ID: 3011152597
User Name: First Initial Last Name
Temporary Password: ocmbc123
You will be required to change it.
